Coach is one of those titles that does not offer much clarity. Anyone can write in social nets that they are a coach and promise pretty much anything. Instant spiritual enlightenment, world fame and riches never seen before.
I can not promise that. I am kind of a classical coach. I’ve studied, practiced, did my hours, earned certifications. I believe that good things require effort, instant gratification is a tricky thing, and my clients’ achievements are theirs, not mine. So here is what I can offer in line with the classical coaching.
· I 𝘤𝘢𝘯 help you uncover and strengthen your motivation, set priorities, and build the courage to stick to them.
· I 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 transform you into an instant goal-achieving machine.
· I 𝘤𝘢𝘯 help you face challenges, identify solutions, and lay out realistic plans.
· I 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 do the work for you.
· I 𝘤𝘢𝘯 help you understand yourself better, build new neural pathways, and develop routines and behaviors.
· I 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 change the world to perfectly suit you.
· I 𝘤𝘢𝘯 provide support, critical insights, and a sounding board.
· I 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 convince everyone that you’re awesome. (But for the record, you are)
A coach is a thought partner who helps you leverage your resources and strengths, provides structure, and keeps you accountable. Our goal is to make you self-reliant on a journey that you choose and provide tools to keep you going. Honestly, the best compliment for us is when we are no longer needed.
I also go beyond classical coaching. Let's talk consulting skillset, presenting, storytelling, leadership. Let's talk international careers. Let's talk mental health. But first of all, 𝗹𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂. Ultimately, I am here to help you invent something of your own. Your very own Pink Unicorn. 🦄
Hope this clears things up. If not, feel free to schedule an intro session. With me, they’re free—so there’s no barrier to discovering what coaching can do for you.
